Situated inside Zhuquemen Gate, Xiandian Palace was placed the memorial tablet of Emperor Tai Zong for emperors and civil & military ministers to worship. Xiandian Palace was very high and magnificent in the ancient times, with 10 m high and 9 double-eaved roofs, covering an area of nearly 2,000 m 2 . It is proposed to restore the construction scale and then place the memorial tablet of Emperor Tai Zong for tourists to worship and visit.

With an area of around 100,000 m 2 originally, Xiagong Palace was set up sleeping houses, at the back of which Chongsheng Temple was established, where was placed life utensils such as statue of Emperor Tai Zong and clothes etc. for people to worship. It is proposed to restore the large architectural complex of Xiagong Palace and then place the statue of Emperor Tai Zong for tourists to worship, visit and reside.

Due to precipitous topography, 2 cableways will be specially designed in Zhaoling Mausoleum, spanning between Lingguang Village and Xiandian Palace Remains, with around 400 m in length, 120 m in vertical height and 20 m in interval of the cableways. For offering convenience to tourists, the pavement with 1.5 m in width, 5 km in length and 15 small pavilions will also be built in Mt. Lingshan .
