Liquan Palace Aquatic Paradise

九嵕山前 15 千米 处，有泔河东西横贯，在南北河岸二兴隆村处筑坝蓄水，形成泔河第二水库，水面长 4 千米 ，宽约 300 米 ，深 30—— 40 米 ，总面积 120 万平方米，总库容量近 4 千万立方米。水库两岸树木葱郁，沟壑纵横，水鸥仙鹤，翩翩起舞，渔舟唱晚，笠翁垂钓，是都市人梦寐以求的水上佳境。泔河水库背依昭陵，距 312 国道 10 千米 ，距 110 省道 2 千米 ，昭陵旅游专线由此经过 , 东临咸阳国际机场，南接陇海铁路线，交通便捷、运输方便。

Ganhe River transverses the place 15 km from the front of Jiuzong Mountain . Ganhe No. 2 Reservoir with total capacity of 40 million m 3 will be built in Erxinglong Village at the southern and northern banks of the River. It is 4 km in length, 300 m in width and 30 -40 m in depth with total area of 1.2 million m 2 . There are verdant trees and ravines on both banks of the Reservoir. It is an aquatic wonderland urbanites dreamt for where they can see the dancing of gulls and cranes, fishermen singing on fisherboats in the evening and whiffing of old men wearing bamboo hat. Ganhe No. 2 Reservoir leans against Zhaoling Mausoleum at the back and is 10 km away from the State Highway 312, 2 km away from the provincial highway 110. Zhaoling special tourist line passes through Ganhe Reservoir, which is adjacent to Xi'an Xianyang International Airport in the east and to Longhai Railway in the south, with convenient transport and beautiful environment.

计划于泔河二库上修建一座水上乐园，并于其两岸建设具有浓郁唐文化气息的旅游设施，为了突出景区文化内涵，命名该景区为 “ 礼泉宫水上乐园 ” 。拟开发建设项目包括： 1 、世界防真船舶博物馆； 2 、瀛洲殿； 3 、唐太宗庙； 4 、礼泉宫 —— 唐代百戏专题； 5 、三星级宾馆； 6 、水上娱乐项目； 7 、 “ 昭陵窑 ” 陶瓷厂。

It is proposed to build an aquatic paradise in Ganhe No. 2 Reservoir and construct tourist facilities with profound Tang culture along both banks. To highlight the cultural connotation, the scenic spot is named as “ Liquan Palace Aquatic Paradise ” . The planned projects include: 1. World Imitative Shipping Museum; 2. Yingzhou Palace; 3. Emperor Tai Zong Temple; 4. Liquan Palace-Recreational Activities of Tang Dynasty; 5. Three-Star Hotel; 6. Aquatic Entertainment Project; 7. “Zhaoling Kiln” Ceramics Factory.

拟在泔河水库北岸，修建一座西北地区唯一的大型仿唐古建筑风格的仿真名船博物馆，给到景区的游人提供航海、船舶方面的科普知识，增加景区看点，刺激游客消费心理。

It is proposed to build the sole large Tang-style famous shipping museum in northwest China at the northern bank of Ganhe Reservoir, so as to provide tourists knowledge on navigation and shipping, add selling points and stimulate the consumption.

根据水库地理，拟在水库南岸西侧一座三面环水的岛屿上建筑瀛洲殿。此殿为仿唐阁楼式古建筑，分为上下两层，内展示十八学士腊像，并配以小传，供游人瞻仰。

According to landform of the Reservoir, it is proposed to build Yingzhou Palace on an island facing water in 3 directions in the west of the southern bank. The Palace is a Tang-style attic building, with 2 floors for decorating wax figures of 18 scholars and the relevant stories.

3. Emperor Tai Zong Temple

鉴于本景区缺少唐代文化遗存，拟在水库北岸旅游路东侧修建一座唐太宗庙， 为庭院式轴对称仿唐建筑院落，由门楼、侧室、石刻群雕刻、碑亭、主室等部分组成。供祀唐太宗塑像，又塑长孙无忌、房玄龄、杜如晦、魏徵、李靖等五贞观功臣像配享太宗。

Whereas there is lack of cultural relics of Tang Dynasty in the scenic spot, it is proposed to build an Emperor Tai Zong Temple at the northern bank of the Reservoir and in the east of Lvyou Road . The Temple is an axial symmetry court with Tang style. It is composed of gate tower, side rooms, carved stone, tablet & pavilion and main room etc. The statue of Emperor Tai Zong will be worshiped here, along with statues of Zhangsun Wuji, Fang Xuanling, Du Ruhui, Wei Zheng and Li Jing who had rendered outstanding services in Golden Years of Zhenguan.

拟在水库北岸唐太宗庙后修建一座大唐百戏园，为园林式仿古院落，主要游乐设施为一座马球场，周边修建回廊，又在园林各处修建建筑小品，用于安排各种游艺项目。同时，在园内修建一座仿古式小型豪华宾馆，以供游客住宿，参与晚上游艺活动。园内开展的主要项目有：马球、蹴鞠 、博弈、秋千、投壶、步打球、木球、拔河、抛球、斗鸡、斗鹅、观灯、民间舞蹈、举重、角抵等。

It is proposed to build a Tang Recreational Park behind Emperor Tai Zong Temple at the northern bank of the Reservoir. The Park is an archaized one of gardens style. The main recreational facility is a polo ground surrounded by cloister. Also, small buildings will be built for various kinds of recreational activities. An archaized luxurious hotel will be built in the Park for accommodating tourists and making them participate in the activities at night. The main activities are as follows: Pole, cuju, chess, swing, pots casting, budaqiu, bowl, tug of war, ball casting, cockfighting, goose fighting, lamp watching, folk dancing, weight lifting and wrestling etc.

It is proposed to build a Tang-style building- “Zhaoling Kiln” Ceramics Factory, covering an area of 3,500 m 2 at the northern bank of the Reservoir and in the east of Lvyou Road . The project is composed of remains demonstration, ceramics demonstration and manufacturing demonstration & selling.
